We offer free 48 hour delivery to the UK with all orders. However, if you would like your Agua bottle sooner, this can be chosen at checkout for a small additional fee.
Europe delivery takes between 3-6 days and the rest of the world between 5 to 9 days.
Note customs and local tax for international orders may be charged separately which are not included in the costs.
We hope you love your Agua bottle, but we understand sometimes we purchase things by mistake or realise it isn’t right for us.
You can return your item within 14 days as long as its in the same unused and sealed condition. Unfortuantely, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for used items.

Every bottle contributes to building our forest in the Philippines. Through this, we are able to plant bamboo and other species to regenerate the land. But we ensure that each bottle funds the absorption of atleast 300kg of carbon dioxide, equivalent to 3,500 single use plastic bottles.
The best part is that our forest is never fully harvested, so your impact is for life. That means your contribution will still be making a difference for decades to come.
Thats correct! For every bottle, we’ve partnered with Al Ayn Social Care Foundation, a United Nations partner charity, to provide a person in need 60 days of clean drinking water.

Our glass bottle and the silicone sleeve is dishwasher safe. The bamboo lid is not dishwasher safe and we recommend handwashing with soft detergents.
Yes, all Agua Bottles are BPA free. Agua Bottles have a specially engineered recycled glass body, which is toxin and chemical-free.
Definitely not.
All Agua Bottles are made with a leak-proof lid produced with organic bamboo. The lid is designed with a stainless steel insert and a plastic (BPA Free) lining which also prevents leaking.
